RESUMEN

Este artículo tiene como objetivo evaluar soluciones al creciente déficit habitacional cualitativo en Chile, experimentando ampliaciones con sistemas prefabricados, usando modelamiento en 3D y testando con entrevistas a expertos. Los resultados muestran el potencial de los sistemas para reconfigurar espacios y mejorar la habitabilidad, pero también ciertos desafíos estructurales.

ABSTRACT

The article aims to evaluate solutions for the increasing qualitative housing deficit in Chile, experimenting with prefab system expansions using 3D modeling, and testing through expert interviews. The results show the potential of the systems to reconfigure spaces and improve habitability, but also certain structural challenges.
